EFA Invest is an independent investment and advisory platform focused on the long-term stewardship of proprietary capital and selected operating assets. Established in Singapore in 2003 as EuroFin Asia (EFA), the group was originally created to bridge Europe and Asia through regulated financial activities. Between 2003 and 2023, EFA deployed approximately US$15 billion across trade finance, secured lending, and direct investments in real-asset businesses spanning Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe. Over time, the group has progressively transitioned away from third-party financial intermediation toward a more focused model centered on proprietary investments and value-added operating involvement. This evolution reflects a strategic emphasis on long-term capital allocation, disciplined risk management, and active ownership across selected sectors, including real estate, public markets, and agriculture. Today, EFA Invest operates as a private investment platform managing proprietary capital alongside selected affiliated structures, while continuing to support operating businesses through strategic, financial, and operational expertise.
